What to Do After a Break Up? Get Your Ex Back Right Away!

We all know how confusing a relationship could be, and most often when things get so complicated we tend to let go, if you're reading this you're probably asking the question - "What to do after a break up?"
Like most people out there, you want to find out is there any ways to reconcile your relationship, and make it up again with your ex. Well, certainly, there are ways to do so, but you'll have to do the right things at the right time:

  Go away - Yeah, you're seeing it right - go away. The first thing to do after a break up is to just go away, for a vacation, or to some where that you can be all alone. Note here, I'm not talking about your friend's house, or your parent's house because these people love you, and the words that they use on you are definitely bias! Find a quiet neutral place so you have all the privacy to cry and think through about your relationship.

  Change your routines - If you're working for say 8 hours per day, and then hit home straight after work, for the usual times. What you can do right after the break up is break the pattern, add a bit of activities after work, and weekends rather than staying at home. This would certainly help you a lot get braise yourself up, so you won't look at all sulky the next time you see your ex again.
• 
  Treat yourself - Get yourself something good! For me, I'd very much enjoy the sensation of Haagen Daaz whenever I feel down, you might want to grab a few beers with your buddies. Just remember don't make these "treats" into addiction, know when to stop, and stay strong!
